Six Production Lines with 100 Members Established in 1998, Liona Group Limited has 100 employees and two factories with an area of about 2,000 square meters. Our key production machines are calendar machines, and pressing and cutting machines, which are introduced from Japanese company. Our factories have six production lines, not only manual production lines but also automatic production lines.

We specialize in producing various kinds of products, such as car accessories, PVC plastic, machine and textile products. Our factory has passed the ISO 9001 certificate. In recent years, we are proud to announce that we are available to about 30 customers in US, Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Russia and more. 100% of our products are exported to overseas area. The export sales amount reached around US$10 million last year, increasingly 25% by before. In Russia, we have our local office so that we can develop our business well.

Our 10 R&D members with a Bachelor's degree help to provide more kinds of products for customers' choice. Up to now, they have about 5 year experience in R&D on average.

We have 5 experts with nearly 3 years' experience on quality control. On each production line, we will assign ten workers to take control of the quality of the products. Our equipments for QC are life testers, electrical function testers and thickness testers. The return rate of our products is less than 0.005%. The period of quality guarantee for products is one year. During this period, we can help the clients to maintain the machine free of charge. We will take control of the quality of the raw material as the standard of RoHS.
